Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, you can rest from your journey or explore the nearby streets of Kathmandu at your own pace.

In the evening, there will be a short trip briefing covering trek details, safety guidelines, and equipment checks. This is also a great time to meet your trekking guide and fellow trekkers. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Today is a free and flexible day in Kathmandu dedicated to trek and climbing preparation. You will meet your guide for a detailed briefing covering the trekking route, high passes, altitude safety, and daily schedules. This day is ideal for checking, organizing, and purchasing or renting trekking and climbing gear if needed.

You may also choose to explore Kathmandu’s cultural highlights such as Thamel, Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, or Boudhanath Stupa, or simply relax and recover before the adventure begins. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Today, you will take an early morning scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. The flight offers stunning aerial views of the Himalayan peaks and valleys. Upon arrival in Lukla, you will meet your trekking team and begin your trek.

The trek from Lukla to Phakding (2,610 m) is a gentle introduction to the trail, passing through charming Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, and the Dudh Koshi River. This short trek helps you acclimatize to the altitude while enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the Khumbu region.

After breakfast, you begin your trek along the Dudh Koshi River, passing through pine and rhododendron forests, charming villages, and traditional suspension bridges. The trail gradually ascends, offering glimpses of the imposing Himalayan peaks.

You will reach Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), the bustling Sherpa town and gateway to the high Himalayas. Here, you can explore local markets, cafes, and handicraft shops, while taking in spectacular views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

Today is a rest and acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the high altitude. You can take a short hike to nearby viewpoints such as Everest View Hotel or Khumjung Village, which offer stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku.

Your guide will also review trekking plans, safety measures, and tips for high-altitude trekking. Use this day to relax, enjoy the local culture, and prepare for the challenging trek ahead.

After breakfast, you begin your trek from Namche Bazaar, gradually ascending through forests of pine and rhododendron and passing traditional Sherpa villages. The trail offers scenic views of Thamserku, Kongde Ri, and Ama Dablam, giving you a first glimpse of the higher Himalayan peaks.

You will arrive at the quiet village of Thame (3,820 m), known for its ancient monasteries and Sherpa culture. This peaceful village provides a perfect stop for rest and acclimatization before tackling the higher passes ahead.

Today, the trek becomes more challenging as you gain altitude steadily while trekking through stunning landscapes of alpine meadows, rocky trails, and traditional Sherpa settlements. The trail offers panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Kangtega, and Thamserku along the way.

You will reach Marulung (4,210 m), a small and remote village, providing a serene environment to rest and acclimatize before crossing the high passes. The altitude gain today helps prepare your body for the demanding trek ahead.

After breakfast, you continue your trek, gradually ascending through rugged terrain and high-altitude landscapes. The trail passes through rocky ridges and sparse alpine vegetation, offering spectacular views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and other Himalayan peaks.

You will arrive at Lumde (4,368 m), a quiet settlement that serves as an ideal stop to rest, acclimatize, and prepare for the more challenging high passes ahead. Today’s trek helps your body adjust further to the increasing altitude.

Today is one of the most adventurous days of the trek as you cross the Renjo La Pass (5,360 m), offering breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. The trail ascends steadily through rocky paths, glacial moraines, and high-altitude terrain.

After crossing the pass, you will descend towards Gokyo (4,790 m), a picturesque village situated beside the Gokyo Lakes, with stunning views of the surrounding peaks. This is a long but rewarding day, filled with dramatic landscapes and unforgettable Himalayan vistas.

After breakfast, you begin your trek from Gokyo, heading towards Dragnag/Thangnag. The trail descends slightly from Gokyo and then gradually ascends through rocky paths, glacial streams, and high-altitude terrain, offering spectacular views of Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu along the way.

Dragnag/Thangnag is a remote settlement at the foot of the high passes, providing a perfect spot to rest and acclimatize before tackling the challenging Cho La Pass. The peaceful environment and surrounding peaks make it an ideal high-altitude stop.

Today is one of the most challenging and rewarding days of the trek as you cross the Cho La Pass (5,420 m), a high glacial pass with breathtaking Himalayan panoramas. The ascent to the pass is steep and rocky, offering stunning views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Cho Oyu.

After crossing the pass, you will descend towards Dzongla (4,700 m), a small village nestled in the high mountains. This trek day tests your endurance but rewards you with unforgettable views and a sense of accomplishment.

After breakfast, you continue your trek, gradually ascending through rocky trails, moraines, and high-altitude terrain. The trail offers spectacular views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Pumori as you make your way toward the Khumbu Glacier region.

You will reach Gorakshep (5,140 m), the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. This small village serves as a base for acclimatization and preparation for your trek to Everest Base Camp or nearby viewpoints. After an early breakfast, you trek from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp (EBC). After conquering the pass, you descend to Chhukung (4,730 m), a quiet village that serves as a resting point before continuing to nearby peaks or trekking destinations. Crossing Kongma La is a true highlight of the Everest Three High Passes Trek.

After breakfast, you begin a steady ascent from Chhukung to Island Peak Base Camp (5,200 m). The trail passes through rocky moraines, high-altitude terrain, and glacial landscapes, offering spectacular views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Island Peak.

Reaching the base camp, you can prepare for the Island Peak climb or simply enjoy the panoramic Himalayan vistas. This day is crucial for acclimatization at high altitude and getting ready for your peak adventure.

Today is the highlight of your trek as you attempt the Island Peak (Imja Tse) summit. Starting early in the morning, you will ascend through snowfields, ice slopes, and rocky ridges with the guidance of your climbing team. From the summit at 6,189 m, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Makalu, and Cho Oyu—a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

After celebrating your achievement, you descend back to Chhukung (4,730 m) for rest and recovery. The descent allows your body to adjust after the strenuous climb while reliving the incredible summit experience.

After breakfast, you begin the descent from Chhukung through scenic trails, passing glacial valleys, forests, and Sherpa villages. The trek offers stunning views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kangtega as you gradually make your way to lower altitudes.

You will arrive at Tengboche (3,870 m), famous for its ancient Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region. This is a perfect spot to rest, explore the monastery, and enjoy panoramic Himalayan vistas.

After breakfast, you descend through rhododendron and pine forests, passing traditional Sherpa villages and small settlements along the way. The trail offers beautiful views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and the Dudh Koshi River valley.

You will reach Monjo (2,835 m), a quiet village near the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. This descent helps your body adjust after high-altitude trekking and offers a more relaxed pace as you near the end of the trek.

After breakfast, you continue the final leg of your trek, descending and walking through forests, rivers, and small Sherpa villages. The trail is relatively easy today, allowing you to enjoy the scenery and reflect on your Himalayan adventure.

You will reach Lukla (2,840 m), the starting point of your trek, where you can celebrate completing the challenging Everest Three High Passes Trek. Overnight stay in a tea house or lodge in Lukla.

After an early breakfast, you take a scenic morning flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu, enjoying breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayan peaks and deep river valleys along the way.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel for rest and relaxation. The rest of the day is free to explore the city, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy local cuisine.

Today marks the end of your Everest Three High Passes adventure. After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight or next program.

If time permits, you can explore Kathmandu one last time, visit local markets, or enjoy a traditional Nepali meal before departure. This is the perfect moment to reflect on your incredible journey through the Himalayas and the memories of the high passes, peaks, and breathtaking landscapes.
